Every AI-assisted article is reviewed by a human editor before publication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usefulness.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WHW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of US$100 or amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for all disputes not subject to arbitration.

Our failure to enforce any provision isn’t a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WHW regarding the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements on the subject.
